In addition to being a forum of cutting-edge sensor science, IMCS2018 will also offer possibilities to network and to interact with your colleagues:

The conference will start with a welcome reception offering wine and Austrian treats in the arcaded courtyard of the main building of UNIVIE. The courtyard will also host all coffee and lunch breaks as well as poster sessions. It’s lavish dimensions allow for undisturbed strolls and talks.

Guided walks in the historical center of Vienna will be organized for the afternoon of Wednesday, July 18th, 2018 - 5.00 - 7.00 pm, in different languages for a symbolic fee.

Tuesday, July 17th will also see the conference banquet. Enjoy an evening of Austrian cuisine, Austrian wines and beers and some Austrian culture!

It will be possible to book a range of individual tours in and around Vienna at the conference site at the travel reservation desk.
